How long have you been in business?
27 Years - Eat Out In was the first multi-restaurant delivery service in the country.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Owner, Jackie Davies, created Eat Out In because she was a busy professional women, too busy to cook, too tired to eat out, and bored with pizza delivery. Eat Out In opened in March of 1986 with five popular Austin restaurants. She drew on her family's experience owning restaurants and delivery businesses to create a completely new idea...... a service that delivers from multiple restaurants.
The idea was a hit and over the years, Eat Out In has expanded to over 60 restaurants and offers full-service business and special event catering, as well as home delivery. Eat Out In now rank as one of the 10 largest catering companies in the Austin area (Austin Business Journal 2009 rankings).
Eat Out In now serves Austin, Round Rock & Pflugerville. In 2009, Eat Out In expanded to San Antonio and we're now building a loyal fan base in the Alamo City.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the original delivery service. We can cater for 1 - 1000's of people. Also, we can get food to large groups in very short amount of time. We offer everything from residential & hotel delivery to corporate catering to weddings & special events.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, we are located in both Austin & in San Antonio. Future expansion is always possible.

What are your hours of operation?
Our call center is open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 10 pm. Saturday & Sunday from 3pm to 10 pm. Delivery is available Monday - Friday 8am - 10pm. Saturday & Sunday 4pm - 10pm. We can deliver during the day on the weekend with advance reservations.
