I offer psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and families. My approach is heavily influenced by clinical hypnotherapy and Self-Relational Psychotherapy

I am extensively trained and skilled in the use of clinical hypnosis to assist in my psychotherapeutic practice. My background also includes training in family systems therapy to understand the dynamics of problems and promote their resolution.
