Interactive Counseling for depression, bipolar, anxiety, and relationship problems
Sometimes we just want to gain clarity, restore hope, and find direction when things get overwhelming. Therapy meets those needs by helping you talk out your problems in a structured way with a counselor who is caring and empathetic, but who can also guide you in the process of restoring your zest for life.
Sessions might include:
-Thinking through events and changing behaviors that no longer benefit you.
-Focusing on your emotional and physical feelings. Then learning positive ways to incorporate this information into your recovery.
-Using body-oriented techniques such as: EFT, micro-current stimulator (Alpha Stim), breath work, and relaxation to process events and tap into your body's natural healing resources.
-Journaling and take home activities to help you process and practice skills discussed in sessions.
