How long have you been in business?
After working for several other florist in the Austin area we officially finished the building constrution and opened the studio in the summer of 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer delivery or stop by service of floral designs for everyday occasions, funerals and parties. We also offer free consultation on our wedding work for your special day.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've always loved flowers and even from an early age I made corsages from the flowers that grew in my mother's yard. As I got older I did weddings for my friends and co-workers. At the first part of this century I left the coporate world and became an employee of some of the most well known florist here in Austin. After years of on the job training with these florist, some college courses, and some Teleflora classes I felt lead to open my own studio. I call it a studio rather than a shop because it is located on my property. This property is one block north of one of our busiest streets (Slaughter Lane). This part residential/part commercial street makes the ideal location for a studio. Easy to find, off a major street and close to the interstate. Come by for a visit, we'ld love to meet you.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a small home based business we strive to offer a more personal touch to your orders. Example; if you purchase a fruit/gourmet basket, we go to the store and buy the freshest products available before making your basket, no letting the products sit around the shop for a week or two before putting them in the basket you ordered.

Exit slaughter lane from IH 35 going south, at the light turn right which is west. Turn right onto First street. Go one block then turn right onto Ralph Ablanedo drive. Pass the fire and police station then turn left onto Peaceful Hill. Continue on Peaceful Hill until you see our "Florist" sign on the left side of the street. Pull into the circle drive you'll find plenty of parking.

We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover for our phone or website orders. Cash and checks work if you wish to stop by and purchase.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
To hear from our customer that the person receiving their gift called and said how the gift made their day. It doesn't matter if the gift was flowers, fruit, or balloons just knowing that you've brighten someone's day is a wonderful thing.
