How long have you been in business?
Recently located to the Austin, Texas area. I have more than 15 years of experience & have owned 3 detailing/automotive detailing shops over the past 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Complete cosmetic detailing/reconditioning of auto, boat & motorcycles
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested at the age of 15 when my parents had their Mercedes Benz detailed after some repair work. When I saw the total transformation of the car I was hooked! Since that time I have shared a passion of making each car, no matter the condition, look it's very best. I love hearing the customer say "WOW!".
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am admittedly a perfectionist. More so with the appearnace of mine or anyone else's vehicle. This would be considered to be a bad thing to many, however I have found that those who enjoy detailing will undoubtedly reveal as much within their work.
I treat each vehicle as if it were my own am passionate in exceeding the customer's expectations. I accept one vehicle per day so as to give my full attention to each project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time I have the one location. In the past I have owned a franchise as have had business partners with 3 locations thruout So. Cal.
Now I enjoy not having the headaches of "branching out". ;-)
