I provide psychotherapy and consultation for individuals, couples, and families in Austin, Texas. I work with adolescents and adults with many different problems such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, life stress, and self-esteem issues.
Many people seek out therapy when they are feeling “stuck in a rut”, overwhelmed with stress, have lost meaning in their lives, or are feeling disconnected from themselves or others. I offer psychotherapy for a wide array of people who are struggling with the difficult challenges and problems we all face in life.
My goal in therapy is to assist my clients gain a deeper understanding of the problems and issues that brought them into therapy and help them heal and grow in a meaningful way.
